(Get rid of the noise).

"Very often, we find it hard to think, because our heads are already full. Full of thoughts, feelings, emotions, anxiety. The mind keeps turning like a millstone, grinding away and leaving no room for anything new. Get rid of that noise and get it all down on paper: take notes, write down what’s on your mind".

We need boxes

(Thinking outside and inside).

"We have all heard it: 'Think outside the box!' because if we think inside the box, it’s always only more of the same. Nothing new, nothing original. But we need boxes to represent concepts and mental models. Boxes help us understand what things are and how they relate to other concepts. Boxes help us to think quickly".
