Now, if you know who that someone is, and your in full alignment with what they are doing, your behavior will support them and contribute congruently to the culture you wish for. It is equally true that if you are NOT sure who that someone is, you're in trouble. Because it's most likely an unhappy person, or someone who does not lead well. Sherry does a great job in this masterclass, getting we leaders to think through what is will take to build a WINNing organization (play on words intended). Give her a listen.
