Program Elements

  • 5.5 hours of 1:1 coaching 

  • 2 learning platforms:
    • myQuest: You will be led through the learning experience step by step and introduced to asynchronous activities to further enhance your skill development.
    • Allego is a video review and collaboration platform where you will be able to record and upload video based assignments, being able to obtain asynchronous feedback.

  • PRINT assessment: This survey reveals the unconscious motivations that drive a person’s behavior and actions. You will learn about the conditions that allow you to be and act from your best self, as well as the triggers that drive you to more shadow behaviors.

  • Dynamic learning cohort of like-minded executives
