Dan Cockerell is as down-to-earth as he is charismatic. I loved the insights he shared about life and leadership, and also getting a behind the scenes glimpse at how a company like Disney operates in order to make sure it’s guest have an incredible experience each and every time. Really enjoyed this from start to finish! I believe there’s something in here for everyone.

The Method to the Magic is a fantastic course where each and every topic is applicable to every person and situation. The sections are broken up into easily digestible videos that keep your attention throughout. Dan provides plenty of real life stories and examples for each topic, which makes it easy to see how these fit in to everyday situations. It's great to learn these proven strategies for improving in both business and your personal life. Well worth the cost and time, highly recommend!

It's funny how things are put in front of you at nearly the exact point in your life you need to hear them. Off to a great start with this course!

Whether you are early in your career, a mid-level supervisor, CEO, or are in high school this course is for you. There are many leadership tools and concepts Mr. Cockerell covers in his course that can be applied to all aspects of your life. My 11 yr old has listened to Mr. Cockerell's teachings and has applied his teachings of the Eisenhower decision matrix, and is reminded to lead herself first.

Dan’s messages were clear, simple and very straight forward on empowerment, continuous improvement, strategies and so much more. He explains the importance of getting to know your staff, understanding them and embracing their stills to continually improve. Dan provides real life examples that can improve both your business life and family life. Improving the experience for your employees, does improve the experience for the customers, no wonder Disneyland is one of the happiest places in the world!

I have been in the technology industry now for 18 years, and a leader of people in technology for ten years now, managing various teams and departments. I obtained an enormous amount out of this class that I can apply every day to my personal and professional life in a practical way. No matter where you come from, where you are at, or what your industry is, you will absolutely benefit from this course with material improvements you and others will notice. Dan was one of the best executive leaders at one of the most respected organizations in the world for nearly three decades and implementing some of his strategies that are outlined in this very easily understood course has been some of the best decisions I have made in my personal and professional spheres of life. This was perfect. Amazing insights into leadership that are practical and easy to digest. The short nature of each lesson makes it easy to do at your own pace without feeling like you need to review. Be warned…they are so good you will NOT do them in bite size chunks. You will binge listen to every one of them in one sitting then go back and listen again picking up even more bits of knowledge.

His experience at Walt Disney World provides entertaining and relevant stories and examples to highlight what he teaches in the lessons. Magic doesn't just happen, and Dan outlines what it will take to stand out.
