I would recommend this course to others as I found it very engaging and helpful in discovering more about leadership, empowering others and the methods of transforming a business and company for the 21st century. The videos were clear and concise summaries were given for each section highlighting the key points discussed.

After the introduction video, I was already very curious for the rest of the course. The first couple videos are short, sweet and to the point, which I thought was a phenomenal segway to the upcoming courses. If handouts, guides, or graphics would be included in future courses, I think that would make the videos even more engaging and helpful. I also think that every video could have a ten second title page to remind the viewer what the video is going to be about. Overall, a great course, and insightful ideas on how to be a leader in this digital world. Ömer Atiker was a very likeable speaker, and I felt that the information that he provided is valuable. Very happy to have done this course.

Some very key points in this, as sometimes we try to invent the wheel when someone has cleared the patch for us to follow. Some basic points that in truth we all should know but sometimes overlook. Hoping I can revisit this from time to time to remind you to keep it simple, with a clear strategy of both growth and leadership.

I currently serve as an educational consultant and Managing Director of a consulting organization and I have experience in leading instructional programs and project management for school districts and business entities. Ömer Atiker’s video course on Digital Transformation, using the Elevate learning platform, provides a number of valuable insights that can positively impact the digital leadership landscape. We are all unsure about the long term challenges that will stem from the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it is evident that corporations will need to assess and modify their infrastructure. This course provides the user with transformative leadership strategies that can be used to create proactive business responses throughout the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. A lesson from the course that resonates with me is the importance of visible leadership. As a school leader, it was essential to engage with all stakeholders in the community on a consistent basis in order to build positive relationships. Given the new technological landscape, leaders can incorporate visible leadership protocols through the use of various social media and digital platforms to disseminate communication for the ultimate benefit of all members within an industry. Leaders can also leverage digital strategy mapping methods in order to clearly outline the purpose of a project, and visibly track accountability metrics which will unite team members and clients. Ömer provides a clear roadmap to success and highlights key project management skills such as predicting potential risks and developing solutions which will lead to a return on investment and satisfied clients. As a leader of an educational organization, the course provided me with learning strategies and tools that can improve the quality of my work.
