What Came Before.

(My Journey Past)

I gave up on my acting dreams after college by trying to do the “right thing”. Fast forward many years, I found myself with a broken marriage, lost job, lying in a hospital bed- dying. I realized in that moment I had chosen not to live the life I was meant to live. I left the hospital unable to walk but was determined that through my fear, PTSD and depression, I would move ahead to a life that was authentic to me, one painful step at a time.

I’m now 1000% committed to helping people live a higher quality of life through lowering stress, learning how to overcome difficult circumstances, or just learning to laugh and let go more. We all have one life. It’s important to live it well.
