My fabulous career.

(I came, I flew, I conquered)

My work is the ultimate distillation of what I have learned over the past decade as to how to find your bliss, harness success in all life areas like a boss, be a master cultivator of the responsive mind, and no longer be a victim of the world, but the designer of your life. Welcome to my course in mental architecture. Welcome to the new blueprint of your life.

Learning to spread my wings.

(I took a while to fly).

The journey begins in down dog. Struggling to grasp the how, according to the yoga instructor, this could be a resting position, I gritted my teeth and made the commitment to anchor myself to the mat to find enlightenment. Ten years later, I am a successful yoga instructor who travels the globe to share her practice and her passion for mental health through emotional intelligence. These are the bookends of a decade long journey which began with marriage, parenthood, into addiction, career loss, toxic bosses and partners, then resignation and divorce, and ending in recovery, becoming Head of Household, finding a new career path and ascending quickly, navigating the impacts of massive upheaval, having the best year of my life financially, emotionally, with successful business relationships and personally positive connections and sliding into 50 —a winner.
